Do you allow anonymous logins (e.g. Anonymous FTP)?
No. You may create as many sub-accounts as you'd like for your customers, clients
or colleagues, but everyone must use a password to access their data. We do not
allow anonymous FTP.
Can I use your service to host my website?
Yes, you can check our Hosting plans list on the Home page. But these plans are
only for FTP your data only.
Can I login more than once at the same time? Can I create sub-accounts with separate
All FTP Storage Space Plans allow you to create as many sub-accounts as you want,
and login simultaneously as many times as you want. You may also restrict sub-account
access to certain directories.
Can my sub-account users create their own sub-accounts?
Do you provide shell access to my data?
No. Our FTP plans are FTP-only and do not provide shell access.
What is throughput?
Throughput is the amount of data you move back and forth from your FTP server space.
For example, If you upload a 10 MB file and download it twice you would have used
30 MB of throughput. 10 MB for the time you uploaded it and 10 MB each time you
Is there any limit on the size or amount of files I upload at one time?
We do not limit the size of your file upload. It would only be dictated by the amount
of space you have available within your account.
What are the renewal policies?
Our automated system will send timely reminder to the registered User ID informing
the Service expire date and the client will have to renew the plan on time. Failing
to do so will result in deactivation of the services and the data will be removed
from the location immediately.
FTP server doesn't allow to connect?
You need to check the FTP account details again. If all account details like 'user
name' and 'pwd' are correct, you need to check the followings:
- Check the number of the simultaneous connections you are allowed to connect. For
a single connection per client means you can transfer each file one by one.
- Check your FTP client and set it to use a passive or active mode connection as
required for the files transfer.
