Self-Help Section
Based on the experience of last 6 years, Pugmarks Customer Support team has identified

Online Support
Our online Customer Support interface is the most effective way to address your
support issues. Here you can open a support ticket stating the nature of support
required by you. The support ticket is evaluated by our Customer Support Manager
and assigned to an expert 'trouble-shooter' that is most equipped and trained to
address your query. Our support managers closely monitor the progress of each support
ticket to ensure you get quality response in the shortest possible time.
You may request support by email providing full details about your user account,
company name and the nature of problem. Our customer support manager will either
assist you to open an online support ticket or can file it on your behalf.
